I have a had an idea on what to do, seeing you want a split and make the second wing.
If I was to become second Wing leader, I could recruit from the Southwest (Seeing I am the only SouthWest player in the Alliance).
This way I will have more back-up and we will be able to start taking the corners of the world by force from 2 directions!
