Army requirments 20 legionaires

IT'S TIME TO START FIGHTING BACK BOYS!

So as a result as people trying to finish us off early, I am bringing in a new requirment, you must have:
20 legionaires+
OR 10 Pretorians 5 Legionares+
OR 5 Imperians 10 legionaires+



If you do not have the resources for this then please let me know. Spare resources are always easy to get hold of.

Although I half agree with this, at the same time, we shouldn't kick people on account of small army size. It is also just as important to have a good supply of resources as it is to have an army. In essence, we should allow our players to expand both their resources and army with no pressure from the alliance.

I didn't say tht i sed if i think u shud hv a decnt army siz i.e. u have 40 pop 0 army fine! 150pop 0 army then u gotta start doing something but u hv a point
